PMP paper is a three-layer flexible insulating material consisting of insulating paper and polyester film. The adhesive used is acid free and temperature resistant. It has excellent electrical and mechanical properties and a smooth surface. Various thicknesses of PMP paper can be selected by reels, linear gauges or custom dicing tapes and parts. PMP can be stored without restriction under normal conditions (20 ° C, 50% r.h).
