Product Description
Our Rice White Nomex Insulation Paper is a typical NOMEX Insulation paper. From a chemical point of view, NOMEX insulation paper is an aromatic polyamide, collectively referred to as an aromatic polyamide. The molecular structure of the material is particularly stable, making the overall performance of NOMEX paper very stable. During the manufacturing process, small fiber-bonded particles are cut directly from the polymer under high shear, and the particles are mixed with a length of short fibers cut from the filaments.
NOMEX aromatic polyamide products are often seen where electrical insulation is required. It has a unique and appropriate balance of performance and has been widely used in transformers, motors, generators and other electrical equipment for many years to improve the reliability of electrical insulation.
Product Characteristics
The extremely temperature - Our Rice White Nomex Insulation Paper has excellent physical and electrical properties.
Nomex paper and press plates for electrical insulation help protect the life of the equipment.
From transformers to generators, wind turbine systems to all manufacturers of hybrid and electrical equipment can use Nomex paper to improve the integrity and performance of their products.
Rice White Nomex Insulation Paper has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and radiation resistance, and it has excellent fire resistance and heat resistance and can be used in fire fighting equipment.
