Flame Retardant Fiber Paper, also known as fireproof paper, is made of high-purity ceramic fiber cotton and contains a small amount of organic binder, which is completely burned out during use.
Most fiber papers do not contain bound water. They are characterized by non-asbestos, long fibers, less slag balls, and low bulk density, making them easy to cut and wind. Fiber paper is suitable for insulation, sealing, electrical isolation, sound absorption and filtration. It is an advanced lightweight refractory material.
Wood pulp and cotton pulp made of pure natural materials are used as the main material of Flame Retardant Fiber Paper. Because the fiber can be burned and does not cause gray fireproof paper ring pollution, it has good environmental performance.
It has good insulation, arc resistance and oil resistance. Easy to process (stamping and bending), high strength, light weight, excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance.
These advantages are not found in materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, leather and wood, so it has been widely used in various fields.
Compared with ordinary fast Ba paper, the Flame Retardant Fiber Paper is more flexible, with a high temperature resistance of 120 degrees, and the flame retardant rating is UL94V-0 certified. The thickness is 0.25-2.0MM, the color is red, gray, white, black and so on.
