NOMEX T410 is the latest insulating material that provides high electrical insulation, mechanical strength, softness and elasticity. As an initial form of NOMEX paper, it is widely used in a large number of electrical equipment. The NOMEX T410 model is used in virtually any electrical insulation board known. Depending on the type and thickness of the product, the high density NOMEX® the product is subject to a short 450-1000V/mil (18-40kV/mm) high pressure impact, and the ARAMID does not need to be painted or treated with resin.
NOMEX T410 is a kind of calendering insulation paper, which has strong inherent dielectric strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility and resilience. T410 is the earliest product of NOMEX insulation paper (poly benzene two benzoyl two amine fiber), and is now widely used by a large number of electrical equipment. Type T410 products are available in eleven different thicknesses (from 2 mil (MIS) to 30 mil (MIS), i.e. 0.05 to 0.76 mm (mm), and almost all types of electrical insulation boards are used.
